Questions hosts ask.

Where do the guests come from?
Two ways, both built around intent. People increasingly turn to search engines and AI assistants to find a place they can actually work from — so we build market pages and de-identified listing pages structured for exactly those queries, and that's where your place surfaces. And guests come to TeoStays and tell us what they need — their city, their required work setup, their budget — then we match them to the listings that fit and hand them to your own booking site. Every guest is intent-filtered: they're here because they want a stay they can work from, not browsing by chance.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. Ever. Guests book directly on your own site — we never touch the reservation or take a cut. You pay one flat $239 a year, that's it.
Do you guarantee bookings or leads?
No. We match intent-filtered guests to your place and send them to your booking site — what converts depends on your property, your pricing, and your offer. Like any marketing channel, we can't promise outcomes, and we won't pretend to.
How do guests reach me?
When a guest's declared needs match your place, we send them a secure match that links to your own booking site. Your booking link is never posted publicly — it only appears through that matched hand-off.
What do you show publicly about me?
Your dedicated listing page is de-identified by design — no street address, no business or host name, no reverse-image-searchable photos. It showcases your work setup and market, not your identity. That's deliberate: it markets your place without exposing it.
Where do my amenity details come from?
You declare them. We review every listing against the Work Enabled Standard for plausibility and consistency with your photos — but we don't measure, inspect, or certify. Your listing has to stay accurate; if it isn't, we can take it down. Accurate work-setup information is the whole premise of TeoStays.
Can I cancel?
Yes — anytime from your dashboard, the same way you signed up. Canceling stops your membership from renewing (you'll always get a reminder before any renewal charge, so nothing happens silently), and your listing stays active through the end of the term you've already paid for. The annual fee isn't pro-rated or refunded for unused time, apart from a few specific cases set out in the Host Agreement — for example, a full refund if your listing is declined at review, or if we don't publish your listing page within 30 days of approval.
